What is StREAM?

StREAM is the University’s learner analytics platform. The use of learner analytics is designed to support all our students in maximising their chances of success and realising their potential.

It can be accessed through engage.tees.ac.uk.

Adding Module Leaders

If you need to be enrolled on a module as a member of teaching staff, please contact your School Admin Team as module enrolments are now facilitated through SITS.

For support using Blackboard Ultra, ReView, Adobe and other E-learning technologies.

Firstly, try this support site to see if we already have a video or written guide that answers your question.

Then, if that doesn't supply the answer, please contact the IT Service Desk.

The IT Service Desk can deal with all the common technical problems as well as minor functionality questions.

Other issues will be escalated by the Service Desk to other university teams as appropriate.
