Firstly, try this support site to see if we already have a video or written guide that answers your question.

Then, if that doesn't supply the answer, please contact the IT Service Desk.

The IT Service Desk can deal with all the common technical problems as well as minor functionality questions.

Other issues will be escalated by the Service Desk to other university teams as appropriate.
