If you need to be enrolled on a module as a member of teaching staff - you can either:

Ask a colleague already enrolled on the module, or complete the Module Leader Request Form.

Then, if that doesn't supply the answer, please contact the IT Service Desk.

The IT Service Desk can deal with all the common technical problems as well as minor functionality questions.

Other issues will be escalated by the Service Desk as appropriate (inc. to Learning & Teaching Enhancement (Academic Registry)).
